Green Building  = Win – Win

Cook Brothers Construction is committed to the implementation of sustainable construction practices throughout our industry. As part of this effort, we are integrating our own ‘Green Plan Initiatives’ into our company's systems and procedures.

As members of the NZ Green Building Council and the Sustainable Business Network, CBC values the adoption of sustainable material use in commercial construction. We recognise that ‘Green Building’ techniques and materials are not only kinder to our environment, but they also provide both immediate and long-term benefits for developers, building owners and occupants.

Initiatives incorporated to date include our ‘Intranet Based’ project management systems - seeing a major reduction in paper waste - and the development of our ‘Waste Management Program’ – our commitment to reducing landfill.
