Programming

Central to timely delivery is our competency in the preparation and/or monitoring of the MS Project based programming tool. This provides our clients and their consultants with the most comprehensive and up-to-date planning information possible.

Project Management / Building Construction Management

Our Project Management Systems control and implement the agreed programme. We provide senior representation to ensure that information is communicated effectively between all parties, and that client expectations are fully met.  Our building construction management is second to none.

Site Management

CBC appoints a Build Team Manager to each project and equips them with a wireless computer linked to our full range of Intranet systems. Transferring documentation to our sites via email provides immediate clarity and instructions regarding the building project, thus eliminating costly delays.

Quantity Surveying / Tendering

Our Quantity Surveying team provides a comprehensive range of services from elemental estimating to full take offs, which assists us in preparing professional and comprehensive tender submissions.
