About the Role       

We're looking for a qualified experienced, Leading Hand assisting the Site Manager.

You will combine producing high quality carpentry work with leading hand responsibilities to assist in managing site based activities to ensure the projects runs safely and efficiently

  • Lead, coach and support the build team and trade partners on site
  • Monitoring and maintaining levels of quality
  • On the Tools as Required
  • Ordering Materials
  • Ensuring the site is clean and tidy
  • Monitoring Zero Harm Health and Safety
  • Great communicator
  • Innovative Problem Solver


Experience and Skills required:

  • 5+ years’ post-qualification experience in New Zealand or Australia preferred
  • NZ Trade qualification in Carpentry
  • Commercial build experience
  • Proven ability to deliver on quality and high level customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work well in a team
