Plant Manager

About Us

Starting from humble beginnings in Dunedin, Cook Brothers Construction has grown substantially over the last fifteen years. We are currently made up of 190 team members across Southern Lakes, Canterbury, Otago and Auckland and operate under a strong culture.

At Cook Brothers Construction we believe in the attributes and behaviours of ‘One Team'. We operate above the line, that is, we are accountable, responsible and take ownership of our actions. This drive begins from the minute a project is brought to the table, until long after when the result becomes legacy. Our team has the desire to take on the world, and to do this each of us plays our part to achieve extraordinary results.

We enjoy celebrating our success and believe it is important we do so. Over the past fifteen years our team has worked to create a reputation of quality, innovation and respect within our industry. Our team, and our projects are a testament to the hard work and commitment over this time.

Our goal is to inspire people more than to manage them. We trust our teams to do what they think is best for Cook Brothers Construction, giving them lots of freedom to make the best decisions for the company at that time.

We are looking to transform the construction industry and cement ourselves as a national leader. Through innovation, quality, client satisfaction and sustainability, we strive to be a national leader in our industry, we believe our team is the heart and soul of us achieving this!
