We have earned the trust of large national repeat clients, ensuring a steady stream of exciting projects in our diverse portfolio. You will be at the forefront of shaping the nation's infrastructure, from six-star hotels, recreation centres and community pools, heritage restoration, and government sector work to high-end residential properties and large-scale developments. We're not going to lie - you'll be busy!

Reporting to our National Pre-construction Manager, you will have a structure and robust support network - in other words; you will have the resources you need to thrive. We believe that teamwork makes dreams work, and our collaborative approach ensures that you will have the support you need every step of the way.

You're an Estimator - you know the drill, but what we need from you in this role is this:

Tender Preparation
  • Preparing tenders for projects ranging in size from $500K to $30M+
  • Measuring and pricing builder's quantities
  • Managing tender documentation
Relationship Building
  • Building Strong Industry Relationships
  • Source Trade partner and supplier quotes
Leadership and Accuracy
  • Analyse data relating to land, buildings or construction
  • Follow due diligence in interpreting the cost implications of tender documentation

About You - Required Skills/Competencies

  • Bachelor of Construction Management (Quantity Surveyor – Construction Economics advantageous) or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years post-graduation commercial construction cost estimating experience.
  • Experience measuring diverse projects from new builds to fit-outs.
  • Familiarity with CostX and Procore software would be an advantage but training can be provided for the right applicant.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction industry best practices and the latest market trends and pricing.
