Site Manager Fit-outs



Cook Brothers Construction is a national commercial construction company with regional branches in Auckland, Canterbury, Southern Lakes, and Otago.

Do you have a building background and enjoy leading a team on site and working closely with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor to ensure delivery against the program? 

Key Responsibilities:

The Site Manager is responsible for construction, planning and management of trade partners, suppliers, materials, and services. 

At all times, you will be required to maintain our high standards of workmanship and Health & Safety.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years Fit-out Site Management experience
  • Trade qualified carpenter
  • LBP preferred
  • Understanding of the importance of the program
  • Attention to detail and quality workmanship for self and the team
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to use Last Planner
