Systems Analyst

About the Role:

This full-time permanent position will be a crucial role within the roll-out and development of our internal systems. You will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading existing systems, including Procore and Finbuild as required, developing new processes and frameworks and working within a team to troubleshooting challenges.

As a Systems Analyst, you will take responsibility to develop the expertise of Cook Brothers Construction, and streamline the processes around our software systems/applications and their use with the operational team. The role will require project management skills, high-level communication and the ability to work to deadlines.

We are seeking a talented systems analyst who will:

  • Facilitate training on our software systems and build the capability across all users
  • Be integral in the implementation of a CBC BI platform
  • Work as a key channel between our IT and Operations teams
  • Identify system advances and opportunities for continual improvement
  • Constantly look to improve process
  • Provide business analytics where needed
  • Look strategically at business challenges and system integrations design solutions
  • Have a passion for business analysis – whether it’s agile, design thinking and data
  • Determine stakeholder influence and anticipate relationship needs
  • Communicate across multiple levels of the company
  • Facilitate engaging workshops and meetings
  • Have a desire to share their business systems analysis journey to date

Skills and experience required:

  • Able to perform complex analysis and reporting
  • Great communications skills
  • Proactive at problem-solving
  • Be a self-starter and only need a limited amount of supervision
  • Possess a great deal of commercial acumen
  • Outstanding organisational ability
  • Excellent relationship building skills
