Three years ago, we threw down the challenge to our team - what will it take to supercharge our business into the future, and how do we live up to our vision of transforming the construction industry as national leaders? 

Fast forward to 2023, where our Supercharged Construction culture thrives, supported by our national team's passion and commitment. Supercharging is about seeking continual improvement through innovation and determination - and we have seen that in spades. 

Over the past 12 months of Supercharging, our team have recognised the outstanding efforts of their peers, nominating them for the opportunity to win a Recharge holiday. Nominations showed how the team brought the Cook Brothers' values to life through everyday actions. From stepping up to a challenge or out of their comfort zone, to their growth as leaders and teachers, their commitment to quality, health, safety, or their energy, passion and selflessness - we were blown away by the results. 

Now, with the national votes counted, Cook Brothers Construction are thrilled to announce our five deserving team members presented with the opportunity to Recharge with a holiday for two in fabulous Fiji.

Congratulations to our team members who have gone above and beyond this year to make Cook Brothers the industry transformers of today, and thank you to our team for making this happen.
