Cook Brothers Construction is incredibly proud to have delivered the Cancer Society's Canterbury and West Coast division's new home, the Canterbury Cancer Centre.

An important and essential service for the community of Ōtautahi, the new Canterbury Cancer Centre has now opened at 74 Langdons Rd, Christchurch. The first of its kind, providing integrated cancer support for patients across the South Island Te Wai Pounamu, the Cancer Centre features a new office space and a 50-room facility to house people supporting or undertaking cancer treatment.

The building design includes the largest accommodation facility for South Island cancer patients and a new cancer hub for local Canterbury patients to have a dedicated place of support. Communal spaces and multi-use function rooms round out the Centre, providing spaces for events and training in one location.
