Cook Brothers Construction is looking for skilled and experienced commercial carpenters to join our growing Queenstown team. Key Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to a positive, supportive, and inclusive Build Team, working closely with trade partners on site.
• Complete a wide range of carpentry tasks to a high standard.
• Monitor and maintain quality across all work.
• Work efficiently while keeping your workspace safe and organised.
• Support and promote a strong health and safety culture.

Tasks You May Undertake

• Concrete work, framing, hardware installation, insulation, joinery, site works, trims and finishing, windows and doors.
• Erecting walls, building stairs, repairing furniture, and installing cabinets, trims, and moldings.
• Excavation, demolition, precast erection, reinforcing steel, and roof framing.

About You

Key Qualifications

• New Zealand/Australia Trade Qualification in Carpentry, or a minimum of 5 years’ commercial carpentry experience.
• Current Site Safe Certificate.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work while achieving strong client satisfaction.
• Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with colleagues on site.
• Full New Zealand working rights.
