About the Role: Office Administrator, Queenstown

Our busy Queenstown branch is currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth day to day operations of the office, supporting staff and management to maintain an efficient, productive and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build effective, professional and sustainable relationships with team members, clients, trade partners and suppliers
  • Support the GSD, Regional Manager, Director and Business Development Managers as and when required
  • Work closely with the Group Support Team and other regional teams
  • Assist with organising events such as social gatherings, trade partner functions, client appreciation nights and team meetings
  • Handle account queries, purchase orders, invoices and credit card reconciliations
  • Maintain filing systems, proofread documents and reconcile data
  • Arrange meetings, travel, accommodation, training, catering, and signage and uniforms
  • Support payroll, leave, timesheets and onboarding/offboard processes
  • Answering calls, respond to emails, management calendars and be the main point of contact for the office

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ demonstrated experience within an administration or office support role, as well as the experience and skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. You will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong English proficiency.

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard is required with a professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor is combined with initiative and a strong work ethic.

You will have the ability to work independently or as part of a team and hold a current driver’s licence.
