About the Role: Supercharged Administrator, Dunedin

We are looking for an energetic, people-focused professional to join us as a GSD (Get Stuff Done) / Supercharged Administrator — a dynamic, multi-faceted role designed to connect people, inspire teams, and drive continuous improvement at our Dunedin Office.

This role combines elements of Event Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Culture Champion, and Agile Facilitator, giving you the opportunity to work across offices, sites, and regions to keep teams aligned, supported, and motivated. You’ll support client engagement, community partnerships, and project closeouts, maintain consistent project branding and site presentation, and attend regular site visits and Project CAPs to ensure communication flows seamlessly.

Your energy will help shape events and culture initiatives, celebrate successes, recognise innovation, and bring people together through team-building activities and company-wide celebrations. You will also lead continuous improvement efforts using Agile-inspired methods, support marketing with project updates, manage internal communications, and streamline workflows — all while embodying our One Team philosophy of respect, inclusion, and collaboration.

About You

You are a natural connector, organiser, and motivator who thrives on helping others succeed while bringing structure to creativity. Whether on-site, in meetings, or planning events, you communicate with confidence and ease. Flexible, proactive, and agile in mindset, you’re always looking for smarter ways to get things done.

Experience as a Scrum Master, Team Coordinator, or Operations Leader — or a passion for Agile ways of working — is a plus. You love a challenge, take pride in seeing plans through, and bring energy, empathy, and a can-do attitude to every task. With strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience in administration, coordination, or operations (including event management or team support), you excel at multitasking, prioritising, and building trusted relationships across all levels.

Candidates must reside in the Dunedin region and hold full New Zealand working rights.
