About the Role: Quantity Surveyor, Southern Lakes

Our busy Queenstown Office is seeking a highly experienced and passionate Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be central to managing project budgets, procurement, and cost reporting for high-profile projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality standard.

Collaborating with Project Managers, site teams, clients, and trade partners, you will guide project costs strategically, manage subcontractor contracts, and maintain alignment and transparency with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

A minimum of five years demonstrated experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the New Zealand Construction Industry is a must, with hands on exposure to South Island projects highly desirable. As well as a strong background in commercial construction including Tier 1 builds and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

Your strengths will include exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong English proficiency, confident negotiation, and keen commercial acumen, enabling you to make decisions that consistently deliver value and results.
