About the Role: Quantity Surveyor, Southern Lakes

We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our fast-paced Queenstown team. You will play a pivotal role in managing project budgets, procurement, and cost reporting across high-profile commercial and residential builds, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest of standards.

Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you will provide strategic cost advice, manage subcontractor contracts and keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project.

About You

To excel in this role, you’ll bring at least five years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the New Zealand construction industry, ideally with hands-on exposure to South Island projects. You will have a proven background in commercial construction, including delivery on Tier 1 builds, and the capability to manage multiple projects at once without missing a beat. Your strength will lie in clear communication, confident negotiation, and sharp commercial acumen, ensuring every decision drives value and results.
