About the Role: Quantity Surveyor, Wānaka

Join a supportive team delivering high-value, exciting projects in one of New Zealand’s most stunning locations!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Quantity Surveyor to join our Wānaka Office. You will work closely with our dedicated Project Managers, managing project costs and ensuring clear effective communication across the team throughout the project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cost controlling and internal budgeting
  • Forecasting and financial reporting
  • Preparing and managing subtrade packages and tenders
  • Assessing progress claims and variations
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with the project team to navigate challenges and seize opportunities

About You

You enjoy being involved in projects from start to finish and understand the value of clear, consistent communication. You also bring:

  • Demonstrated experience working on high-value commercial projects in New Zealand
  • Relevant diploma or degree
  • Demonstrated experience working on commercial projects
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing costs through project life cycle
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills with both external and internal parties
  • Permanent NZ Work Rights
