About the Role: Site Manager, Queenstown

With a strong pipeline of exciting and innovative projects in Queenstown, this is a genuine opportunity for experienced Site Managers ready to grow their career while shaping high-quality commercial builds. You will play a key leadership role form project inception through to completion, working closely with Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, whilst developing and mentoring site teams and trade partners to life overall performance.

This role offers the chance to take ownership, expand the leadership capability, and contribute to the continued growth of forward-thinking construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead programme planning and drive efficient site scheduling
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors
• Guide and coordinate subcontractors and trade partners to achieve high standards
• Champion health and safety compliance and reporting
• Take full ownership of site performance, proactively solving challenges
• Balance hands-on involvement with strategic oversight
• Ensure quality delivery while meeting budgets and timelines

About You

You are a Site Manager with a least 5 years proven experience in commercial construction within New Zealand and/or Australia, who is ready to continue building on their leadership capability in a progressive environment.

Strong site management foundations are essential, along with excellent communication skills and solid IT proficiency. You will be confident navigating complex conversations, aligning diverse teams, and maintaining momentum across all stages of a project.
