Northcote Intermediate School

Cook Brothers Auckland is thrilled to announce the official opening of Northcote Intermediates' new learning centre. Our team took great pride in delivering this exceptional facility to the students involving the construction of a two-story, 12-block classroom building, which will effectively address their growing student population.

The prominent feature of the waharoa precast panels serves as a structural element and as the entrance to the classroom block. Additionally, the second floor is accessible via a lift, with custom school colours integrated into the design of the exposed precast concrete facade.

The newly designed front courtyard provides a welcoming and functional space. It includes masonry wall planters with strategically planted trees, offering an inviting area for the tamariki to play and gather, complete with concrete precast bleachers.
