Our Wanaka team has achieved a notable milestone in completing Northlake's newest commercial space, Lot 1006. This project showcases two impressive buildings comprising ten ground-floor mixed-used tenancies and thirteen first-floor apartments, each boasting unique sizes and shapes. A spacious car park offers 64 parking spaces, contributing to the convenience and accessibility of the development.
The first floor stands out with its predominantly timber-framed structure and timber roof trusses, exuding elegance and charm. Building two, positioned perpendicular to building one, features six ground-floor apartments and six first-floor apartments, enhancing the overall architectural brilliance.
