About the Role

As the Project Administrator, you will provide administrative support for multiple projects across the Southern Lakes region, balancing your time between on-site visits and the main office. Reporting to the Project Manager and/or Construction Manager, you will play a key role in assisting the project team with essential administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the administration of Health and Safety on the project
  • Ensure timesheets are completed daily and submitted by due date/time on a fortnightly basis
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes
  • Document control
  • Answer calls, respond to emails, customer inquiries, greet visitors and liaise with clients as needed
  • Following up on close-out documentation at project completion
  • General Administration

About you

Success in this role requires keen attention to detail and strong communication skills when engaging with internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a driven individual who is passionate about growing their career in the construction industry, as well as having:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver on tight timeframes
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Good written and oral communication skills, including a courteous phone manner
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Can do, proactive attitude
  • A qualification in a related industry would be preferred but not essential
