293 Kaikorai Valley

Our Otago team has completed the major upgrades for 293 Kaikorai Valley Road building. The building has remained untouched for many years as part of the former Roslyn Mill. With its prime corner location, the development needed a modern refit. Cook Brothers were selected to deliver the project with a long-term client.

Access has been vastly improved with a fully reconfigured entry and a new combined entry point at the rear of the building, straight off the new car park area. A new reroof throughout the building and larger windows to the sweeping front facade open up the development to the street, providing excellent light for the tenants and highlighting the existing building features whilst adding a contemporary feature and function.

Throughout the build, the Cook Brothers team provided value engineering to alleviate some costs from the project and deliver custom solutions. The overall project has delivered savings to our Client. Our team completed their milestones to the agreed revised programme, providing spaces to tenants for their fit-outs on the agreed dates. The Otago team have taken great pride in restoring this iconic building to its former glory.
