Our team worked closely with regenerative architecture firm ahha Sustainable Architects to transform an existing historic building into a high-end fit-out for client Paterson Orthodontics.
The project involved extensive collaboration with both the client and the architectural team to ensure that the vision for the space was brought to life while respecting the heritage value of the original structure.
The design cleverly incorporates some of the existing building elements, such as exposed brick walls, and ties them in seamlessly with new materials such as warm wood wall panelling and polished concrete floors.
This blend of old and new creates a unique and comfortable environment that reflects the client’s commitment to quality and innovation. The fit-out also included modern amenities, custom joinery, and thoughtful lighting solutions to enhance both functionality and atmosphere for staff and patients alike.
